      This tour requires some climbing, crawling, walking and swimming. 

      Because of the above it is required for participants to have an acceptable level of fitness, and be in good fysical condition. 



      Was zu bringen

        Closed shoes are required for the cave enterance

        You should bring a towel and swimwear preferably in a backpack combining everything for your party togheter. (you can leave other stuff in the car though). 

        You are welcome to bring your own snorkelset, fins and watershoes (if they have a good sole)

        We will bring gear for everyone either way. just in case. 

        If you get cold easely bringing a dry set of clothes is adviceable for after the night snorkeling.
